[Kde-pim] [patch] Bug 188643

Hi,

I'm happy to announce my first contribution to kdepim project, an itch I have 
decided to scratch myself.
As described in the bug ( https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188643 ), the 
behaviour of the total and unread count of the foldeview was different (the 
total count being the right one in my opinion). The attached patch fixes it, 
please comment and commit if you will.
