For KOrganizer, the splitter info should be stored in korganizerrc.
Should be something like:
[KOrganizer Geometry]
Separator1=232,679
Separator2=348,0,78,130

The code should be in calendarview.cpp


For KAddressbook, there are various FooSplitter values in kaddressbookrc
under the [MainWindow] group.
