[Kde-pim] need correct invitation times in KDE 3.5

Hi,

as you can tell from bug 170512, invitations from time zone X are not shown 
correctly in kmail in any time zone but X. Different from my first assumption, 
this is not an Outlook-specific bug. The culprit is icalformat.cpp that needs 
a shifting of invitation times towards the local time zone:

We have been seeing the problem of wrong invitation times at work for years 
now - is it ok to backport this fix to KDE 3.5?
