Hey great congratulations :) . KDAB is a KDE company and they use Qt and they 
they have the best KDE developers with them :) . You will have lots of fun

I don't think it's a conflict-of-interest. They like KDE ;) . Ah, if only in 
Italy we could have a company like KDAB :( .
