[Kde-pim] Microsoft exchange connectivity

Hello, 
I am using Mandriva 2009.0 and KDE4 and my workplace uses an Exchange
server.  Worse yet, they only support pop mail and Exchange, on separate
servers, I think.  They do not support the IMAP protocol.

I have been using Evolution for several years to integrate at work, but
after the two most recent upgrades, the functionality degraded.

I tried to enable the exchange plugin in Korganizer, but it isn't
available in kde4.  The plugin exists in the same directory with other
plugins (wikipedia, printing options, Hebrew calendar) but is the only
one that is not listed in settings.

On another machine running Mandriva 2009.0 but with KDE 3.5, the plugin
is available, but I haven't gotten connected yet.

I am asking for help getting both kmail and korgainizer connected with
Exchange.

Thanks in advance for your help!  Ireally live KDE (though I am still
getting used to v.4!)
