this solves the bug for me. No mails are filtered twice, and
consequently no duplicates are generated.

I am not that familiar with KMail, but the code looks plausible for me.
It only ignores new messages if they are already known in mMetaDataMap,
and thus KMail must have seen (and filtered) them already.
