[Kde-pim] Removing EntityTreeModel from Akonadi

Hi,

I'd like to remove EntityTreeModel from Akonadi again for the 4.2 release.

The reasons are:

* Nothing will be using it as I won't have my KJots stuff done in time.
* I might want to change it in ways that I won't be able to if it gets
released with 4.2.
* I haven't yet had time to write a view to use with it, corresponding to
CollectionView. I also haven't finished other classes to use with it such
as the sort-filter proxy model.

If there aren't any objections, I'll remove it tomorrow evening.

Any objections?
