ah, two more nits:

* the folder views are currently titled "Favourite Folders" and "Folder". 
might make sense to just have "Favourites" and "Folders" (note the plural), 
but the plural should be kept consistent (even if "Folders" isn't technically 
correct for the folder listing since it's the name of the column; humans are 
fuzzy beings, though ;)

* expanding a thread with fancy headerview by clicking the + sign only opens 
that level of the thread; this is very inconvenient for big threads. should 
expanding an entry open all child nodes from that point down in the tree?
