FWIW, during this year's Osnabrück KDE PIM meeting we shortly discussed
the licensing policy for kdepimlibs and we agreed that we want to allow
GPL'd libraries for KDE PIM if the need arises. We also agreed that
those libraries should not be put into kdepimlibs, but that they should
be put into a package of its own, because mixing LPGL'd and GPL'd
libraries in kdepimlibs would cause headaches for many people.
