The other wizards (spam and virus) are also in that menu.
However, also making it somehow accessible from the config dialog would be 
nice. I just don't know what the best way to do this UI-wise would be. Right 
now we have a tab for receiving accounts and one for sending, not sure where 
the wizard should be launched from, as it creates both types, and there are 
certain cases where one doesn't want that.
