[Kde-pim] RFC: Add Working Week and Day of Pray to KLocale

AFAIK nothing is planned in this area. We have more than enough work 
with getting the KDE PIM apps use Akonadi. So, if anybody wants to work 
on John's ideas/questions, you are very welcome to do so.
