Rereading what I said, I realise it could be misleading. What I should have 
said is that times are converted to UTC before storing them. So daylight 
savings time *is* taken into account when storing, but the server won't know 
that the time was actually supposed to be in a particular time zone, because 
all that is stored is UTC.
