[Kde-pim] Akonadi Resource Tutorial Draft

Hi all,

I just added a tutorial for developing Akonadi Resources to techbase [1].
It is just a draft and not complete yet, e.g. some sections missing, no error 
handling in code snippets, etc.

Any help appreciated :)
