[Kde-pim] Akonadi - SubscriptionModel

Hello,

Current implementation of SubscriptionModel starts CollectionFetchJob from 
within its constructor. However CollectionModel, that SubscriptionModel 
inherits, does the same. This ends with list of collections being loaded 
twice. Attached patch fixes that.
