[Kde-pim] rename for 'Request Disposition Notification' proposal

If you ask, the first one I mentioned is from Thunderbird, the second one is 
from Windows Mail (i.e. previously called Outlook Express) :)

Moreover, the "Return Receipt" term itself is mentioned by the KMail docs as a 
common term:

Apparently Outlook itself has it hidden more deeply and names "Request a read 
receipt for this message".
