[Kde-pim] DistributionList Editor too large

  kwriteconfig --file $KDEHOME/share/config/kaddressbookrc \
  --group MainWindow --key ContactListAboveExtensions true

does help if one compiles the latest version before complaining. ;-)

But it's not really a nice solution because this is equivalent to all 
those ugly Windows registry hacks or those similarly ugly hidden 
configuration options in Mozilla/Firefox/Thunderbird. :-(
