BTW: I found the following lines in the .ics attachment:

The original invitation mail contains:
SEQUENCE:0
X-MICROSOFT-CDO-APPT-SEQUENCE:0

the update mail contains:
SEQUENCE:0
X-MICROSOFT-CDO-APPT-SEQUENCE:1

... isn't that strange ??
What's the best way to solve this ?
