[Kde-pim] Header for calendar items in Akonadi

A possible patch set would look like the attached one.
(only did ical resource as a demonstration of a resource change)

Also attached is the MIME type registration file (copied from 
kdelibs/mimetypes and modified)

This is not tested yet, I just made it compile.
