[Kde-pim] Missing Menus + Toolbars in Kontact

I have noticed kaddressbook -> kaddressbookprivate rename was not reflected in 
many cmake files. Not discovered because most of us have pre-existing build 
dir. As I am performing a fresh build now, all such cases should be catched.

Commited minutes ago. Please inform me about further problems.
