[Kde-pim] Akonadi deployment issues wiki updated

I've added a section to

Akonadi deployment issues we discussed in #kontact on Tuesday with mathiaz 
and Riddell.  

We have some 'interesting' issues with NFS, backup, AppArmor and multiple 
instances to keep in mind, please see the page for details.
