[Kde-pim] [patch] Kleopatra: simplify the code using QSettings

For review.
1. The code did not compile with msvc because of arguments of
   FormatMessageW().
   QSettings in Qt4 provides native registry access.
2. Use HKCU, not HKLM.
3. Messages improved using KUIT.
