[Kde-pim] DistributionList Editor too large

FWIW,

  kwriteconfig --file $KDEHOME/share/config/kaddressbookrc \
  --group MainWindow --key ContactListAboveExtensions true

does not help (read: makes no difference). The distribution list editor 
is still shown left of the contact list. I had a quick look at the 
code. This code is even more twisted than KMail's mainwindow GUI 
code. :-/
