Sure I'll take a look at that.
A suggestion is at http://www.nyblom.org/pub/kde/ (patch + screenshots of the 
affected tabs in the IMAP settings dialog).
I'm not sure if all of the moved options should be moved or not but I can't 
make up my mind about what options should go where...
