[Kde-pim] Kontact Newsticker Summary Plugin

Howdy,

FYI: I disable the build of the Kontact newsticker summary plugin.

It doesn't work anymore.  Maybe one day we'll be able to embed
the newsticker plasmoid into the summary page.
