[Kde-pim] KDE 3.5.10

Howdy,

Coolo says he plans to release KDE 3.5.10 sometime in August.
I estimate about 6 weeks from now.

So don't forget to backport important bugfixes.
It would also be nice to merge bugfixes from the enterprise branch.

Remember, no new features and no new strings (without permission).
