[Kde-pim] kdepim fails to build

Those files should be generated by nepomuk-rcgen.

Do you see either of the following messages during the build?
"Failed to generate Nepomuk resource classes"
"Failed to find the Nepomuk source generator"

BTW: we really need to fix akonadi/agents/nie/CMakeLists.txt.
There are no dependencies in there so it rebuilds stuff a lot more
often than necessary.
