I'm not really asking about renaming KNotes, the program.
I'm asking if we should give KNotes a better program description.
Simply saying "Notes" is not enough IMO.

I'll probably go with "Popup Notes", simply because I already
see that in the GenericName.

Are there objections to this string change?
