[Kde-pim] Patch for KMail : unification between KMail tags and Nepomuk tags

Hi,
actually I don't convert the old tags with the old system... I could do 
it by detecting that the config group has a name like MessageTag ##, and 
import the tag into Nepomuk. If you think it's worth it I'll add it.
