Thanks, Mike. I've run into some other roadblocks that were easy to
fix, then came to this one:

CMake Error at /usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/apps/cmake/modules/FindAkonadi.cmake:84
(message):
Could not find Akonadi includes.
Call Stack (most recent call first):
CMakeLists.txt:76 (find_package)
However, I cannot find Akonadi:
hardy at hardy-laptop:~/kdepim$ sudo apt-file search akonadi
hardy at hardy-laptop:~/kdepim$
Does the akonadi library have a name that does not include the word "akonadi"?
