Interesting.
I never heard of GTD before  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getting_Things_Done)

It seems like this might be able to be done as a new Todo view. maybe??
Certainly would love to see this in KOrganizer.

So a couple of things
1) yes, cool. please do it
2) sure, we always welcome new ideas (as long as the person with that idea
is willing to do the work)
3) probably you should start some code in a work branch and see how it comes along
4) #kontact on irc.freenode.org is where we hang out
