Is this error message actually necessary? Ideally, we would check 
whether dropping is possible while the user is still dragging the 
messages and disable dropping (resulting in the "drop here not 
possible" mouse cursor) if the user drags more than one message.

If that's not (easily) possible, then I suggest to write "Drag&drop ..." 
instead of "Drops ...".


Also the following message
+  KMessageBox::sorry( core(), i18n( "Cannot handle drop events of 
type '%1'.", event->format() ) );
should at most be a debug message (i.e. kDebug() << "Cannot ...") 
because no user will understand this message. Let's try not to confuse 
the user with such technical error messages.
