[Kde-pim] Exchange Resource

Howdy,

There is a bug/wish for bringing back the exchange (or newexchange) kresource.
You may not realize that we removed it from KDE-PIM4 a while back.

We removed it because we didn't have any experts left to maintain the code.

Should we bring it back?  Should we tell people to wait for the OpenChange Akonadi resource?

Suggestions?
