Well, it's not really Qt 3 or KDE 3 that can be used in KDE 4 
applications, but the libraries Qt3Support and KDE3Support which 
provide some of the classes that have been removed or replaced in Qt 4 
resp. KDE 4. The names of those compatibility classes begin with Q3 
resp. K3.
