[Kde-pim] KTNEF (the application, not the library)

Howdy,

Do we still need the ktnef application in kdepim?
AFAIK it isn't maintained.  Also there is a big chunk of code commented-out
that still needs to be ported to Qt4.

I think the purpose of ktnef is to be able to look at MS TNEF [1] style attachments
in a mail message.   However, I'm pretty sure that KMail already supports
these type of attachments.

Keep/Remove/Find Maintainer/??
