[Kde-pim] Permission needed to include new strings - 3.5.x branch

Hey Translators,

        As you might have noticed that recently there has been some
discussions about having another 3.5.x release - 3.5.10 - in about 6
weeks time. 3.5.9 was released on 19th of February.

        I would like to merge in fixes and small features from
Enterprise(3) KDEPIM branch into the 3.5 branch. This might result in
inclusion of a few new strings. KDEPIM maintainer Allen is fine with
the merges. Does that work for the translators involved as well? I
would try to finish the merge as soon as possible so that you have
ample time for translations. Thanks in advance.
