[Kde-pim] mailtransport

Hi, I'm checking out mailtransport.
I'm running the test transportmgr.shell.
I've two issues:
1) Subject isn't inculded in the test, but also if I add it to the test, it's 
not included in the message. See attached patch.

2) The "to" ends up as Envelope-to in the message so it's not visible in 
kmail. Is this intentional? Maybe possible to configure?
