[Kde-pim] 3.5.9 Planning

Howdy,

The Release Team is starting to plan for the 3.5.9 release.
Current thinking is for mid-February, but the translators
want two weeks for translating the expected extra messages
from the enterprise -> 3.5 merge. 

Effectively, this would give the enterprise -> 3.5 merge about
3 weeks from now to finish.

Is that timeframe ok?  Would a partial merge be ok?

Any other considerations?  Please respond ASAP as
the Release Team is waiting on us.
