[Kde-pim] Qt 4.4 needed for kdepim

Hi, 

I see Akonadi now depends on Qt 4.4, because of QLocalSocket. My distro (Mandriva) does not have that yet afaiks.

I think the idea of keeping the barier low for people to contribute does not match a dependency on Qt 4.4. If Qt4.4 is ok, we can just as well depend on kdelibs trunk imho.
