[Kde-pim] [REGRESSION+DATALOSS] Recent Kmail Trunk

Howdy,

After rebuilding yesterday evening I started up Kontact
and all my subfolders were gone in the Kmail component.

The top-level folders are still ok.

I looked in ~/Mail and the directory structure shows all
the subfolders are gone.

I rebuild regularly so I expect the offending code
must have been committed in the past 2-3 days.

So -- please fix!
