[Kde-pim] New Sidebar for kontact

I'm making a new iconsidebar for Kontact, mainly because the old 
one is based upon qt3support. The new one extends a QToolbar, 
therefore it looks a little different, but I like the look 
better. I made a screenshot and hope, that it is acceptable :).

I have to make some corrections before I release the patch. All 
the old functionality (shortcuts and different icon sizes) are 
in place.
