[Kde-pim] Moving Akonadi KResources to kdepim/kresources/akonadi

Hi folks,

is anyone objecting against moving the Akonadi bridges for KABC::Resource and 
KCal::ResourceCalendar from playground to kdepim?

Another option would be to wait for libakonadi's move to kdepimlibs and then 
move each resource to the respective base directory there, e.g. 
KABC::ResourceAkonadi to kdepimlibs/kabc/plugins
