Hi Bernard,

I'm currently not very active and not the best person to ask. 
I suggest you try asking on the kdepim list. Or maybe someone 
from there like Ingo, Till or someone can suggest something.

You might also like to be a bit more specific, what area of
performance are you interested in working on, and I'd assume
you can program in C++?
