[Kde-pim] Akonadi resources on KRES resources

Hi folks,

I've now added the other kind of Akonadi KResource bridges to SVN, i.e. 
Akonadi resources which get their data from a KResource plugin 
(KABC::Resource and KCal::ResourceCalendar respectively).

These are still very basic implementations, e.g. they do not yet react on 
changes signalled by their backends and I have just tested loading and only 
with the respective file plugin.

Any kind of feedback appreciated though.
