[Kde-pim] Making the option 'sendmail' in mailtransport less visible

How about having a button with a popup. If you just click on the button, you
get a new SMTP account, but when opening the popup, with the seperated
triangle on the right, there are two menu items "New SMPT account" and "New
sendmail account" or other texts.
