[Kde-pim] Konsolekalendar: how to include birthdays and anniversaries from Kaddressbook?

By default, konsolekalendar restricts itself to calendar resources it knows to 
be "save" GUI-wise, i.e. which are known to work in headless mode.

To allow access to all configured resources even it they might directly or 
indirectly result in GUI code being run, use the --allow-gui option.
