[Kde-pim] [patch] add better result checking to AkonadiServer and skip some initialization on Windows

Attached for review.
-add better result checking to AkonadiServer (later messages can be added even)
-skip initialization of the process on Windows, when for now I propose to 
assume the server is running as the system service.
