[Kde-pim] [patch] destination for dbus intefaces/services + note about invalid dependencies in akonadi

<note>
Since Akonadi is in kdesupport now, should without build/install without KDE -
please note that kdesupprot does not depend on KDE.

But there are numerous variables like KDE4_KDECORE_LIBS, KDE4_INSTALL_DIR.
These could be fixed too.
</note>

The patch fixes destinations for dbus interfaces and services - the dirs are
named explicitely now, just like in kdesupport/soprano/server/dbus.

Now akonadi at least builds and installs in any environment where KDElibs is
built as well. But unless I have missed something, this cannot be the case for
building from scratch, due to circular 'KDE-kdesupport-KDE' dependencies.

For review.
