[Kde-pim] Kde Karm

Hi Amadou,

karm is in kdepim in KDE 3.x. It is called ktimetracker in KDE 4.1.x and also 
in kdepim. I am not sure, whether it is already packaged in KDE 4.0 in many 
distributions. But as far as you noticed you are using Windows XP I have no 
idea how to install KDE applications there.
