[Kde-pim] ResourceNull

Howdy,

Cornelius' ResourceNull class in kdepim/libkdepim/resourcenull.h
doesn't seem to be used anywhere, according to lxr.

Interestingly, this class is in the KABC namespace.
I guess it was once part of libkabc??

Anyhow, Keep/Move/Remove?
