[Kde-pim] kdepimlibs + kdebase/runtime

Howdy,

As you should be aware, we are planning a total freeze of 
kdesupport, kdelibs, kdepimlibs and kdebase/runtime
on 3 October.

So please keep this date in mind when you are prioritizing your work.

I'm especially concerned about the imap ioslave.

I may move some ioslaves into kdepimlibs on Monday, but I'm
not sure if that will happen or not.
